Weekday Coverage (9 am - 5 pm): Our dedicated team of professionals is available during regular business hours to address any challenges or concerns you may encounter. Weekend (Public Holiday) Coverage (5 pm Friday - 9 am Monday): Disabilities don't adhere to a strict schedule, and neither do we. Our on-call support extends seamlessly into the weekends, recognising that weekends are just as critical for providing uninterrupted care. From Friday evening until Monday morning including Public Holidays, our team is on standby to ensure that participants receive the support they need.
