Community Access

Community access is customized for each participant. We'll make some suggestions for your community access. This is usually based on your own opinions and goals. The plan that is usually created depends on several dimensions that help you create your own plan, such as:  Interests, personal hobbies, and physical condition.

We will try our best to meet the needs of our participants when their health conditions allow. This is based on our values of putting our participants first. 

• Enabling you to participate in activities ranging from recreation and leisure through to new learning and training opportunities
• Providing door-to-door personal care services to help develop your independence to manage your day-to-day life
• Implementing strategies that will increase your skills in a multitude of areas including interpersonal relationship and career development
