We have never had a service provider who always calls to check how things are going and asks for feedback. Ute and I are very happy with all the staff we have meet from Choice Support Tasmania.

Neils (Ute's husband) Complete satisfaction

I would just like to thank Support Worker Trent for his hard work today! Trent is a credit to Choice Support Tasmania, without Trent's help with Rhys today we wouldn't have made it. Once again, Thank you so much!

Helena (Rhys' Mother)

I would just like to compliment you on your staff. Crystal has ensured James (my son) who is a teenager with high functioning autism has been connected with fabulous Support Workers. She checked in post the initial connections and ensured James was happy and that means a lot to me as the supports are about and for James. If James doesn't feel connected he can't progress or feel safe to learn new skill or gain independence from me that I do want him to have. Both Daniel and Mark who have been supporting James have been amazing for him. They both bring different personalities and qualities to the social and community participation hours in Jame's NDIS funding. As a parent it is difficult to trust others with your child no matter their ages but for James to be keen on an overnight stay is not something I would imagine he would do this early in the support care relationship. It means a lot that he is keen for this to occur. We nicknamed Jame's previous support worker "The Braden" because he was that awesome, James has said Mark is that awesome too! James feels great with Daniel and this is wonderful given they have had less time working together. So, sincerely Thank you.

Trinette (Jame's mother) New connections
